Principles for respectful, lawful and accountable participation in Party activities.
Expected Conduct
- Act honestly, lawfully and in the best interests of the Party and the public.
- Treat people with dignity and respect regardless of background or belief.
- Protect confidential information and personal data.
- Declare conflicts of interest and avoid misuse of Party resources.
- Follow lawful decisions, governance processes and the Party Constitution.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation or violence.
Accountability
Complaints and disciplinary matters should follow natural justice, including notice, an opportunity to respond and appropriate appeal processes.
